Day-by-Day Itinerary

Begin your adventure with a scenic drive (337km, approx. 7 hours) from Addis Ababa to Dinsho, passing through the rolling highlands of Arsi-Bale massif. Stop for a coffee break in Bekoji, hometown of Ethiopia’s greatest long-distance runners Tirunesh Dibaba and Kenenisa Bekele.

Upon arrival at Dinsho Park Headquarters, explore the area with a guided hike, where endemic wildlife such as Mountain Nyala, Menelik’s Bushbuck, and Bohor Reedbuck can be seen. Bird lovers will appreciate sightings of Wattled Ibis, Black-headed Siskin, and Abyssinian Longclaw.
